Welcome to Amison Jewelry. By accessing or buying from amisonjewelry.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products and prices accurately. Colors and sparkle may appear slightly different on screen than in person. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed with an incorrect price.

3. About moissanite

Amison jewelry is made with moissanite (silicon carbide), which is its own distinct gemstone, not a diamond and not sold as a diamond. Moissanite is graded on its own properties (hardness 9.25 on the Mohs scale, refractive index 2.65). As with any gemstone, natural variation in cut, color, and inclusions may occur. Product images are representative and individual pieces may vary slightly.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

7. Buyer guarantee programs

We offer the following programs. Each one is described in full on the linked policy page, and the terms on those pages apply.

• 30-Day Wear-It-Out Trial. One item on your first order may be worn and returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. One per customer.
• Free Sizing Exchange. One exchange per order for a different size or length of the same style, with shipping covered in both directions, requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Snatch & Break Replacement. One replacement per order within 12 months of delivery if the piece breaks, is lost, or is taken, at 30% off the current price of the same piece. Proof of purchase is required, and a broken piece must be returned to us before a replacement ships.
• 12-Month Craftsmanship Warranty. Free repair or replacement for manufacturing faults within 12 months of delivery.

These programs are offered to the original purchaser only and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Proof of purchase is required. We may refuse a claim where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a pattern of repeat claims. We may change or withdraw any of these programs at any time, but the terms in force on the date of your order will apply to that order.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including the Amison name, logo, text, images, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Amison Jewelry and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided “as is.” Beyond the warranty and guarantee programs expressly stated in Section 7, we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or products to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amison Jewelry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Amison Jewelry from any claims or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
