Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Amison piece. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with any tags or certificates included
- Free of damage, scratches, or signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse a return that arrives worn, damaged, or not in original condition.
How to start a return
Email info@amisonjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping costs
- Change of mind: the customer pays return shipping. We recommend a tracked, insured method, as we can’t refund items lost on their way back to us.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email info@amisonjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.
